A month after her horrible accident Quinn wakes up in a hospital. She has no idea where she is, just that it's a hospital, she thinks 'I must be at Lima General'. She starts to push her call button to alert the nurse but after several minutes no one responds. She manages to get out of bed, slowly getting her legs to work. She wanders around the hospital but it's been completely abandoned. At the end of a hall she sees a door with chains on it, over the door she reads in blood 'DO NOT OPEN'...
